сделка, которая проходит сверку в момент ее заключения и не требует дополнительного подтверждения со стороны участников сделки после завершения торгов; сделка, уже окончательно подтвержденная косвенным участником рынка, расчеты по которой гарантированы агентом этого участника (брокера, кастодиана, или иного прямого участника)
